1. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to the Nioret Systems public website, product inquiries, customer support, and website purchases.
Individual products may include additional privacy information relevant to their features and use.
2. Inquiry forms
The private-walkthrough and contact forms prepare an email in your own email application. The website does not transmit or store the text entered in those forms.
Do not submit confidential company documents, source code, credentials, client materials, regulated data, or sensitive business information through a public form or first-contact email.
3. Website information
Nioret Systems does not sell personal information.
Ordinary hosting and security logs may include an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested pages, and security events.
4. Payments and purchases
When you start a purchase or trial, Nioret Systems uses the information needed to present the offer, process your payment, provide product access, and support your purchase. Stripe securely collects and processes payment information; card details are not stored in Nioret page storage.
Optional cancellation feedback may include a selected reason, up to 2,000 characters of text, and permission to contact you. Feedback is optional and does not change a completed cancellation.
